Intunement pilot

Pilot Terms

These plain-language terms describe the current invite-only Intunement pilot. Intunement includes the Mirror, Trace, and Conditions practices. These terms are not a nondisclosure agreement: they protect individual access and privacy without asking participants to keep Intunement secret.

Effective October 30, 2026 · Version 2026-10-30

1. About this pilot

Intunement is an experimental collection of personal reflection practices offered by Pragmatic Artistry Collective. Mirror supports private reflection, including an optional AI-assisted Guided Reflection. Trace helps you notice connections across time. Conditions helps you notice what may be affecting your experience.

By agreeing at pilot entry, you accept these Pilot Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice.

2. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms. Any youth-related screens are design previews, not a live service for minors.

3. Reflection, not care or crisis response

Intunement and its practices are not therapy, medical or mental-health care, diagnosis, treatment, professional advice, crisis response, or emergency monitoring. No person continuously monitors what you write. Do not rely on Intunement to identify or respond to danger.

Guided Reflection responses and any patterns or connections you notice are possibilities, not facts or professional judgments. You remain the authority over what fits your experience. If you may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a trusted person who can be physically present.

4. Your writing and your choices

You retain ownership of the writing and other material you create. Readable reflections, Archive history, Trace, and Conditions stay in the current browser by default. You decide whether to save, revise, export, delete, use Guided Reflection, or create a local encrypted backup.

This lean pilot does not offer a Supabase account, Connected Archive cloud sync, account restore, Mirror With shared rooms, cloud backup, cloud feedback storage, product analytics, or payment processing.

When you deliberately choose Guided Reflection, you authorize Intunement and OpenAI to process only the material identified before the action. Intunement names that boundary before content leaves the browser.

5. Optional AI in Guided Reflection

Mirror Solo Reflection, Trace, and Conditions do not use AI in this pilot. Guided Reflection is optional and identifies what will be sent before anything moves. What you deliberately submit, the recent turns needed to continue, and only the Earlier Context excerpts you select are processed through OpenAI. Intunement sends those requests with store: false.

OpenAI says API data is not used to train its models by default, though ordinary abuse-monitoring data may be retained for up to 30 days. AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Keep, revise, or leave what does not fit.

Do not include another person’s private information unless you have permission to do so.

6. Pilot access

  • Your access code is personal. Do not publish or share it.
  • Codes may have browser limits or expiration dates. A signed browser session normally lasts up to 30 days.
  • Intunement may pause or end access to protect participants, investigate a problem, or close the pilot.
  • Ending access does not automatically erase writing already stored in your browser or a backup you created.

7. Responsible use

Do not use Intunement to violate another person’s rights, gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, distribute malicious code, or submit material you are not entitled to process. Access to another person’s device or code is not permission to read their reflections.

8. Feedback and confidentiality

Feedback is optional. You never need to disclose what you wrote in Intunement. This lean pilot does not submit in-product feedback to a cloud feedback queue. If you separately choose to contact the pilot team, do not include private reflection content unless you intend to share it.

These terms do not create a nondisclosure agreement or require you to keep Intunement confidential. They do require you to protect your access code and respect other people’s privacy.

9. An experimental service

Intunement is provided as an early pilot and may contain errors, change, become unavailable, or lose compatibility with a browser. Features may be added, limited, paused, or removed. Download a local encrypted backup if losing browser-local writing would matter to you, and do not use Intunement as the only copy of information you need to preserve.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

10. Changes and leaving

Intunement versions these terms. If a change materially affects participation, privacy, or data use, Intunement will identify the new version and ask you to agree again before continuing.

You may stop using Intunement at any time. You can delete local entries, clear browser storage, export a local encrypted backup, or contact the pilot team about server-held access and usage records.
